1. About these terms

By using this website, requesting a quote, subscribing to a plan or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The following documents also apply where relevant and take priority over these general terms for their subject matter:

A signed proposal or written agreement for a specific project takes priority over all of the above where they conflict.

2. Our services

We provide website development, website subscriptions, mobile app development, custom software and portals, e-commerce, SEO, UI/UX design, API integrations, hosting and maintenance, business automation, IT consulting and training. Descriptions on this website are general summaries. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and price for any engagement are those set out in the applicable plan, quotation or agreement.

3. Quotes and pricing

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the information you provide.
• Prices for website plans are shown on our Website Plans page. Domain registration is always charged separately.
• We may change our published prices. Changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
• Prices exclude third-party costs (such as paid plugins, premium themes, app store fees, SMS or API usage fees) unless stated in writing.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Paystack or Flutterwave. A payment is only treated as successful once we have verified it with the payment provider. You are responsible for any bank or card charges your bank applies.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the content, approvals and access we need, on time.
• Ensure that content you supply (text, images, logos, data) is lawful and that you have the right to use it.
• Not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, infringing or abusive purposes, including spam, malware or phishing.
• Keep your account login details secure.

6. Results and third parties

We work professionally to deliver quality solutions, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, traffic, leads or search engine rankings. Search engines, app stores, payment processors, hosting providers and other third parties operate under their own terms and may change their rules or services at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to Cholan Technology Solutions Limited or its licensors. Ownership of work we produce for you is set out in the applicable service terms. In all cases we retain ownership of our pre-existing and reusable tools, templates, libraries, frameworks and platforms, and of general skills and know-how.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end services if fees are unpaid after any applicable grace period, if these terms are seriously breached, or if a service is used unlawfully or in a way that threatens the security of our systems or other customers.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the dispute may be referred to the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use our services applies.
