Custom projects are not sold as fixed subscriptions. Every engagement has a documented scope, quotation, delivery timeline and payment terms.

Quoted after we agree the scope, design, integrations and functionality.

For hosted platforms and portals, covering hosting, maintenance and support, based on requirements.

Upgrades & new features
Additional integrations, functionality and major upgrades are quoted separately.
Custom portals and applications are not included in the standard $25/month website subscription. Ownership and licensing are set out in our Custom Development Terms.

How do you price custom projects?
Every custom project is assessed individually. After a consultation we prepare a documented scope, quotation, delivery timeline and payment terms based on your features, design, integrations and complexity.
Who owns the software you build for me?
Ownership and licensing are defined in your project agreement. Deliverables created specifically for you are typically assigned on full payment, while Cholan’s reusable platforms, libraries and tools remain licensed to you. See our Custom Development Terms.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Ongoing maintenance, hosting and technical support can be agreed as a separate monthly or annual arrangement.
